The purpose of the data processing
As a business-to-business (B2B) company, we process very little personal data. We only collect personal data of our contacts with our customers and suppliers. This data collection concerns the name, phone number and e-mail address of our contact, in other words, mere contact details.
This data processing fits within our legitimate interest, making sure we can contact our customers and suppliers efficiently.
If we use an external consultant or freelancer, we also process the company number and bank account number. This data processing is the result of the performance of the agreement between us and the consultant or freelancer.
If you apply to Phoenix Eagle Group, your data will be processed internally by us as part of the recruitment procedure. In that case, we will process your name, any data you put on our CV, our contact details, professional experience, etc.
The processing of your personal data within the framework of our recruitment procedure is primarily in our legitimate interest, in particular the selection of a suitable candidate.
If, at the end of the recruitment procedure, it is decided not to withhold your application, but we wish to keep your data for the future, we will always ask for your consent.
We do not collect any of the so-called ‘special categories’ of personal data.
None of this personal data will be used for commercial purposes.
The recipients of your personal data

The period for which the personal data will be stored
We do not keep your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the objectives set out in this Privacy Statement. As soon as we are informed a contact is no longer a contact with our customer of supplier, his contact details will be erased.
The security of your personal data
We make every effort to protect the security and confidentiality of your personal data. We take appropriate technical and organizational measures in such a way that the processing complies with the requirements of the national and European legislation.
